Privacy policy
Beta policy · Last updated 29 August 2026
CashBoundary collects only the account, billing and finance inputs needed to provide the beta. We do not sell financial or personal information for advertising and never request bank passwords, platform credentials, card details or seed phrases.
Information we process
Account email, display name, verification and consent records; subscription status and Dodo customer/subscription references; user-entered wallet, transaction, invoice, obligation, reserve, route and calculation data; security and operational audit events without monetary values.
Payments
Checkout is hosted by Dodo Payments. CashBoundary does not receive or store full payment-card details. Dodo processes payment and tax information under its own terms and privacy policy.
CSV imports
The intended beta import flow parses CSV files in temporary storage, stores normalized records plus duplicate-detection references and deletes the original upload after commit or cancellation. Users should redact exports used for support and never send credentials or unnecessary personal details.
Cookies and local storage
Essential session and CSRF cookies support login security. The PWA caches versioned public application-shell files only; authenticated HTML, financial API responses, CSV files and exports are excluded. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the beta account remains active or as needed for security, billing and legal obligations. Account controls provide a data export and permanent deletion request. Payment providers may retain records independently where law requires it.
Your choices
You may access and export stored account information, correct inputs, cancel through the billing portal when available and delete the CashBoundary account. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions.
International beta
CashBoundary is intended for a global beta. Hosting and service providers may process data outside your country. Formal controller identity, transfer terms and jurisdiction-specific notices must be completed before live public sales.
This policy accurately describes the current beta architecture but requires professional legal review before live payment activation.
